Boiled Rice (500 Grams)

Capsicum 1

Cabbage 1

Spring onions 5

Sugar 1tsp

Black pepper 1tsp

Oil 3tsp

Corn flour 3tsp

Sauce:

Tomato ketchup 1tsp

Chili garlic sauce 1tsp

Soya sauce 1tsp

Vinegar 1tsp

Method: Take a pan and add 3tsp oil then add capsicum, cabbage, spring onions and carrot then mix it well. Add salt as required and lastly add black pepper and leave it on stove for 15 minutes. On the other hand take another pan and add sugar, soya sauce, and tomato ketchup and chili garlic sauce and stir it well and then switch off the stove of vegetables and separate the hot sauce from the pan in the bowl. Now dish out the vegetables and make layers of boiled rice, sauce and garnish it with sauce. For hygiene purpose make it sure to will cover the ready dish with foil paper. 

Chicken onion Chinese style

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken strips (half Kg)

Chopped onion 1

Capsicum 1

Ginger chopped 2tsp

Garlic chopped 2tsp

Salt (According to taste)

Cubes of tomatoes 1 cup

Red chili powder 2tsp

Black pepper 2tsp

Tamarind 1tsp

Oil 3tsp

Cinnamon powder 2tsp

Method: Take a fry pan and add 3tsp of oil and heat it well, then add chicken strips and cook it well until it become soft. Add Red chili powder, Black pepper, Salt, Tamarind, Ginger and Garlic then mix it well. Add capsicum at the end when the color of the dish becomes golden brown. At last add chopped onion and keep the dish to settle at a cool place for 20 minutes and at the end give a flame of charcoal and serve for 2 persons.

Chicken Macaroni with White sauce

Ingredients:

Boiled Macaroni 1 packet

Oil 4tsp

Salt 2tsp

Black pepper 2tsp

Capsicum 1

Cabbage 1

Spring onion 5

Boneless boiled chicken 1kg

Mushrooms 1 packet

Oregano 1tsp

For sauce:

Flour 4Tsp

Milk 1 cup

Black pepper 1tsp

Salt (According to taste)

Chatter cheese 1 cup

Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Method:

Take pan and add 1 cup Milk then through intervals, add Flour and stir it well. Add salt and black pepper and mix it well. Then add Chatter and Mozzarella cheese and leave it for 5 minutes. Then on the other hand take pan and add 4tsp Oil and then add macaroni, spring onions, capsicum and cabbage including boneless boiled chicken and mix it well and give steam of charcoal and wait for 5 min to get ready. You can also bake your dish by garnishing it with cheese on the top and bake it at last for 10 minutes in microwave oven.

Chicken Chow-mien

Ingredients:

Boiled noodles or spaghetti 1 packet

Oil 3tsp

Chopped onion 1 cup

Chopped spring onions 1 cup

Chopped cabbage 1 cup

Chopped capsicum 1 cup

Chopped carrot 1 cup

Chopped ginger 2tsp

Chopped garlic 2tsp

Salt (According to taste)

Chicken stock 2 cup

Chili sauce 1tsp

Hot sauce 2tsp

Chili garlic sauce 1tsp

White sauce 2tsp

Tomato ketchup 1tsp

Soya sauce 1tsp

Corn flour 1tps

Black pepper 1tsp

White pepper 2tsp

Roasted chilies ½tsp

Method: Take a fry pan and add 3tsp oil and add chopped garlic and chopped ginger and fry it on a light flame and then add chopped onion, capsicum, boneless chicken, chicken stock, spring onion, cabbage, carrot and fry it well by pouring tomato ketchup, chili sauce, hot sauce, chili garlic sauce, white sauce, soya sauce and mix it well till the vegetables get soften and totally cooked then add black pepper and salt to taste. Lastly add the boiled noodles or spaghetti and mix it well. Moreover for more delicious food you can add Oregano and black pepper at the top, while serving.

Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients:

Shredded Chicken 1kg

Salt (According to taste)

Soya sauce 2tsp

Chili sauce 2tsp

Vinegar 1tsp

Chopped Green chili 3tsp

Egg white 3

Chicken stock 2 cup

Black pepper 2tsp

Garlic paste 2tsp

White pepper 2tsp

Method: Take pan and add chicken stock and heat it up to 15 minutes then add salt, black pepper and white pepper followed by vinegar. Add Egg white row by row and mix it well. Cook it till the boil arises and at last on the other hand take 3 bowls separately and in each bowl add 2tsp of soya sauce, 2tsp of chili sauce and dipped green chili in the vinegar for garnishing. You can add this sauce while serving your soup platter.

15 Minutes Prawn Pasta

Ingredients:

Boiled pasta 1 packet

Prawn pieces 1kg

Black pepper 1tsp

White pepper 1tsp

Chili powder 2tsp

Salt (According to taste)

Lemon for taste

Chopped spring onion 1 cup

Soya sauce 1tsp

Tomato ketchup 1tsp

Method: Take pan and pour 4tsp of oil and heat for 3 minutes then add prawn pieces and then add 1tsp of black pepper and 1tsp of white pepper and lemon for making it quite sour then add 1tsp of soya sauce and 1tsp of Tomato ketchup and 1tsp of Hot sauce and then at last add spring onion and cook it well. Then dish out it and first add pasta and then add prawn stuffing in it and serve for parties or any other occasions.

French Alfredo

Ingredients:

Boiled spiral pasta 1 packet

Parmesan cheese 1 cup

Mozzarella cheese 1 cup

Chatter cheese 1 cup

Oregano

Black pepper

White pepper

Fresh cream

Herbs

Flour

Chicken stock (cube)

Milk

Method: for white sauce add squeezed or finely chopped garlic. Southey it for a minute or two then add milk whether fresh or tetra pack into the pan. Let it boil. Add salt, black pepper, chicken stock cube, white pepper, slowly start adding the flour and keep stirring till it gets thick then at last add cream and mix it well and then add pasta on the top and mix it well.
